The guest chooses from over 25 toppings and dressings - and determines if their salad will be tossed or chopped. Whisk vigorously until this is emulsified (alternatively, add all of the ingredients to a mason jar, close the lid and shake to combine). Our guests are able to custom design their own personal salads.
